Position: M365 Engineer Location: Pune/Bangalore Work Type: Hybrid Job Type: Full Time Job Description:

- Execute patch deployment and vulnerability remediation activities across supported infrastructure and applications, ensuring completion within defined SLA timelines.
- Investigate and resolve routine patching issues.
- Support patch compliance and cyber hygiene objectives by monitoring assigned remediation tickets,



tracking overdue vulnerabilities, and following established governance processes.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reporting, updating remediation status, documenting outcomes, and providing progress updates to stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues, work on automation and enhancements, and maintaining patching procedures and knowledge documentation.
