Job Description:

- Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements.

- Conduct discussions with business stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and requirements.

- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.

- Perform AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

- Conduct requirement walkthroughs and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.

- Define acceptance criteria and support the QA team during test case preparation and UAT.

- Coordinate UAT, analyze defects/issues, and ensure timely resolution.

- Manage requirement changes, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

- Create process maps, data flows, and business process documentation using appropriate tools.

- Support Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Provide regular status updates and communicate requirements and project progress effectively to stakeholders.
