- As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems.
- This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to maintain system stability and performance.
- The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and a commitment to ensuring seamless business operations through effective problem-solving and support activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and communicate effectively.
- Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple support requests in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with business process workflows related to human capital management systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
