Job Description:

- Assist in managing day-to-day data operations: data ingestion, cleaning, validation and refresh across sources

- Support the building and maintenance of data pipelines that feed our single source of truth

- Write and optimise SQL queries (BigQuery preferred) to create clean, reusable datasets and metrics

- Independently build and maintain dashboards and reports in Google Sheets and other

- visualization tools (Looker Studio / Looker / Metabase / Tableau / Power BI) by connecting to and importing data from BigQuery

- Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports for Sales, Marketing, Planning and Finance teams

- Automate manual reporting workflows and gradually replace fragile sheet-based processes with robust systems

- Run regular data quality checks and reconcile numbers across systems to ensure accuracy, consistency and uptime

- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, define metrics and translate them into scalable reports

- Document data definitions, report logic and processes so that reporting is transparent and easy to hand over
