Job Description:

- Understand business requirements and identify areas requiring transformation or change.

- Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows and requirement documentation.

- Work with business and technology teams to translate business needs into functional requirements.

- Analyse current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes.

- Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.

- Support the complete business change / transformation lifecycle from requirement gathering through implementation.

- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business, technology and operations.

- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions and stakeholder meetings.

- Track requirements, changes, issues and dependencies throughout the project.

- Support UAT planning, test scenarios and business validation.

- Ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.

- Provide regular project/status updates to relevant stakeholders.
