Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Accounts & Finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities in our Noida office. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, hands-on experience with Zoho Books, and the ability to manage financial records, reconciliations, reporting, and routine accounting operations independently.

The candidate should have experience working in a startup or corporate environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.

Requirements

Technical Skills & Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, B.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or a related field.

· Experience: 1–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

· Zoho Books: Strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.

· Accounting Knowledge: Clear understanding of fundamental accounting concepts, journal entries, ledgers, debits/credits, reconciliation, AP, and AR.

· Finance Knowledge: Good understanding of financial processes, reporting, expense management, cash flow, and basic financial analysis.





· Taxation Knowledge: Basic understanding of GST and TDS will be preferred.

· MS Excel: Working knowledge of Excel for financial data management, reconciliation, reporting, and analysis.

· Work Environment: Prior experience working in a startup or corporate environment is preferred.

· Has 1–4 years of hands-on Accounts & Finance experience.

· Has actually worked on Zoho Books rather than only having theoretical knowledge.

· Has a strong understanding of accounting and finance fundamentals.

· Has experience handling day-to-day accounting operations independently.

· Has worked in a startup, growing company, or corporate environment.

· Is comfortable taking ownership of financial records, reconciliations, invoices, and reporting.

· Is available to work onsite in Noida.
