vCommission Media is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Media Buyers

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling US-focused lead generation and PPC campaigns. The role requires someone who understands the complete performance marketing funnel — from audience targeting and creative testing to campaign optimization, lead quality, CPL/CPA management, tracking, and scaling.

Candidates should bring strong expertise in their respective niche and have experience working across relevant paid media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, NewsBreak, SmartNews, and Bigo Live, depending on the vertical.

RequirementsMinimum 3+ years of hands-on media buying/performance marketing experience, with proven expertise in the relevant vertical.
Strong experience running and scaling US lead generation/PPC campaigns.
Hands-on expertise with Meta and TikTok Ads as primary traffic sources for relevant verticals.
Experience with NewsBreak and SmartNews will be highly preferred.
Working knowledge of Google Ads and Bigo Live where relevant to the campaign strategy.
Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, landing-page performance, and funnel optimization.




Ability to manage and optimize campaigns against key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, conversion rate, lead quality and ROI/ROAS.
Experience in identifying winning audiences, creatives and placements and scaling campaigns while maintaining performance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and take quick optimization decisions.
Familiarity with tracking, attribution, pixels, conversion events and performance reporting.
Candidates must have deep, practical experience in their own niche, rather than only general digital marketing exposure.
