Job Description:

Job Title: IT Engineer – Infrastructure & System Support

Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Engineer to manage and maintain day-to-day IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor local servers and ensure proper server performance.
• Manage desktops, laptops, and other computer systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, and system-related issues.
• Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and network devices.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure important company data is secure.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, shared folders, and system security.
• Install and update authorized software, antivirus, drivers, and operating systems.
• Provide daily IT support to employees for computer, network, printer, and email-related issues.
• Maintain CCTV/NVR/DVR connectivity and coordinate with vendors when required.
• Maintain proper records of IT assets such as computers, laptops, printers, servers, networking devices,



and accessories.
• Coordinate with internet providers, hardware vendors, software vendors, and IT service providers.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce IT downtime.
• Maintain documentation of servers, network settings, IP addresses, assets, warranties, and IT configurations.

Required Skills:

• Practical knowledge of Windows systems and Windows Server/local server management.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and networking.
• Experience with printers, scanners, antivirus, and data backup.
• Knowledge of user access management and general IT support.
• Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / BCA / B.Sc. IT / BE / B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Experience: 2–5 years in IT support, system administration, networking, or infrastructure management.
