Job Description:

Job Title: Back Hand Operation / Back Office Operator

Job Summary:
Responsible for handling day-to-day back-office operations, data entry, documentation, record maintenance, MIS preparation, coordination with internal departments, and supporting front-office/sales/operations teams. The role requires accurate computer work, timely reporting, and proper management of company records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily back-office and administrative operations.
- Enter, update, and maintain data in Excel/software systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain records, files, documents, invoices, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, dispatch, HR, and other departments.
- Verify data and documents for accuracy.
- Handle emails, calls, and internal communication when required.
- Track pending tasks, orders, payments, dispatches, or other operational activities.
- Prepare reports and statements as instructed by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.




- Perform other computer-based and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain records accurately.
- Time management and multitasking ability.
- Basic knowledge of MIS and reporting.

Qualification:
Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience. Candidates with a diploma or certificate in computer applications will be preferred.

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in Back Office, Data Entry, MIS, Administration, Sales Coordination, or similar roles. fresher candidates with good computer skills may also be considered.

Preferred Skills:
Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, ERP/software knowledge, email handling, documentation, and experience in industrial/manufacturing office operations.
