Role Description: The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, focused on the marketing and leasing of our residential and commercial real estate portfolio, while also driving corporate business for our hospitality properties.

Key responsibilities include-

- Market our residential and commercial properties, including apartments and office spaces, to prospective tenants, buyers, corporate clients, brokers, and property consultants.
- Generate and follow up on leads for the leasing and sale of properties, including coordinating site visits and supporting negotiations and closures.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, property consultants, corporate clients, relocation companies, and other sources of real estate business.
- Promote available properties through online platforms, broker networks, direct outreach, and other relevant marketing channels.
- Market our guest houses, hotels,



and serviced apartments to corporate companies and MNCs across Gurugram.
- Develop new corporate clients and regularly engage with Admin, HR, and Travel teams to generate accommodation business and maintain existing relationships.
- Support OTA (online travel agency) marketing and management for our hospitality properties, including online listings, promotions, pricing, and visibility.
- Coordinate internally to respond to enquiries, share property details and rates, and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree such as B.Com, BBA, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or another relevant field.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, real estate, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Solid sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, regular follow-ups, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Proactive and comfortable with calling, emailing, direct outreach, client meetings, networking, and property visits.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and OTAs would be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the Gurugram/NCR corporate or real estate market would be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Gurugram and NCR for client meetings, property visits, events, and networking activities as required.
