We are looking for someone to work closely with the Founder to build, manage and scale his personal brand.

Think of this role as a mix of personal brand manager, talent/creator manager, content strategist, stylist coordinator and execution partner.

You should understand how founders and creators build relevance today — Instagram, LinkedIn, reels, podcasts, events, collaborations, styling, communities and distribution.

What you will work on

• Build and execute the Founder's personal brand strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms

• Identify reel ideas, hooks, formats and trends and turn them into executable content

• Plan and coordinate shoots, photographers, videographers, editors and designers

• Identify podcasts and manage the complete process — outreach, coordination, scheduling, preparation and content repurposing

• Identify creators, influencers and collaboration opportunities and coordinate with their managers/teams

• Build relationships with influencer managers, PR teams, podcast hosts, event organisers and other external stakeholders

• Manage external agencies and partners involved in content, social media, PR or personal branding

• Help manage the Founder's styling and visual identity — understand what works for different occasions, shoots, panels, podcasts and events

• Coordinate clothes, looks and styling requirements ahead of important appearances

• Build and maintain a network of stylists, photographers, videographers, editors, creators and relevant agencies

• Identify speaking opportunities, events and communities where the Founder should be visible

• Maintain the content calendar and ensure ideas move from discussion to execution

• Understand what should be captured when the Founder is attending an event, travelling,



meeting interesting people or speaking on stage

• Turn everyday Founder activities into authentic content without making it feel manufactured

• Track Instagram, LinkedIn and content performance through data — reach, engagement, followers, formats and what is actually working

• Maintain databases and trackers for creators, podcasts, events, collaborations, content and external relationships

• Stay plugged into creator WhatsApp groups, Instagram trends, new tools and what's happening in the creator ecosystem

Who should apply

You are a final-year student based in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR and can work from Gurgaon.

You understand the influencer and personal-brand ecosystem. You know how creators are managed behind the scenes and how content, styling, collaborations and distribution come together.

You have a strong visual sense. You understand styling — what kind of clothes work for a podcast versus a business event, a reel, a photoshoot or a stage appearance — and can organise and coordinate accordingly.

You should know what is trending on Instagram before someone has to tell you.

You don't necessarily need a large following yourself. What matters more is whether you understand how to build someone else's presence and influence.

You are organised enough to manage multiple external stakeholders while being creative enough to spot an opportunity and say, We should do this.

You should be highly responsive, resourceful and execution-oriented. This is a Founder's Office role, so things will move fast and not everything will arrive as a perfectly defined task.

Most importantly, you should enjoy building someone else's personal brand from behind the scenes rather than wanting the spotlight for yourself.

Commitment

This is a 3–6 month in-office internship, with a strong preference for candidates who can commit for at least 6 months.

We are specifically looking at final-year students because there is an opportunity for the right person to transition into a full-time role after graduation.
