Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst with a strong background in both manual and automation testing
to ensure the highest quality of our software products. You will be based in our Kolkata office and will play
a crucial role in our SDLC.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop,



and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases.
* Identify, document, and track bugs/defects through the resolution process.
* Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality.
* Maintain and enhance the existing automation framework.
* Perform regression, functional, and performance testing.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 4-5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance.
* Proficiency in both manual testing methodologies and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
* Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
* Good communication skills.
