Key Responsibilities

* Manage and assist with day-to-day *social media content creation*.

* Stay updated with the latest *social media trends, reels, formats, and content ideas*.

* Develop creative and engaging *content concepts* for social media.

* Assist in *script writing and scripting for shoots*.

* Participate in and support *video/photo shoots*.

* Handle basic *shooting/videography* using mobile phones or cameras.

* Suggest new and creative ideas to improve social media engagement.

* Coordinate with the team during shoots to ensure content is captured as planned.

* Assist in creating *Reels, short-form videos, stories, and other social media content*.

* Support basic content planning and maintain a content pipeline.

## Required Skills

* Good knowledge of *Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms*.

* Strong understanding of *social media trends and content formats*.

* Good *content creation and creative writing skills*.

* Ability to write engaging *scripts and captions*.

* Basic *shooting/videography skills*.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Creative mindset with robust attention to visual details.

* Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
