A construction and project execution company in Preet Vihar, is hiring a Site Engineer with 7-10 years of experience in construction site engineering. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day site execution, coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring quality and workmanship, and ensuring construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, safety requirements and applicable Indian Standards.

Project Exposure

The role may involve construction and execution across project types such as:

- Commercial buildings
- Hospitality projects
- Residential developments
- Institutional projects
- Infrastructure projects
- Industrial projects

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate civil, plumbing and finishing works in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders to support planned project execution.
- Monitor workmanship, quality standards and compliance with site safety requirements.
- Review drawings and verify that construction work is executed as per approved plans and specifications.
- Ensure relevant Indian Standards (IS Codes)



and construction best practices are followed during execution.
- Monitor site progress and coordinate multiple construction activities.
- Prepare site reports, measurements and reconciliation records as required.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during site execution in coordination with the relevant project teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in construction site engineering and execution.
- Robust practical knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Experience in plumbing and finishing works.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications and site coordination.
- Working knowledge of relevant Indian Standards (IS Codes).
- Experience coordinating contractors, consultants and site teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities independently and efficiently.
- Strong focus on quality, safety and timely execution.

Work Schedule:

- Location: Preet Vihar, Delhi
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 6:00 pm)
