Role Description We're looking for an experienced IT Recruiter who goes beyond simply searching and sharing profiles.

We're looking for someone who knows that successful recruitment is about understanding the requirement, exploring beyond the obvious, screening beyond the resume, and finding the right fit.

Location: Kochi

Experience: 5+ Years

What We're Looking For

• End-to-end IT Recruitment, including 30% Non-IT hiring

• Strong sourcing, headhunting & screening skills





• Hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn

• Ability to understand complex requirements and identify the right talent

• Excellent communication & client coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously

• Prior experience in staffing / corporate IT recruitment preferred

• Consulting / Offshore / GIC recruitment experience is an advantage
