Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks during printing, lamination, slitting, and pouching operations.
- Perform testing for bond strength, COF, GSM, thickness, seal strength, and visual defects.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test documentation.
- Coordinate with production teams for corrective and preventive actions.
- Support customer complaint analysis and root cause identification.
- Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and ISO requirements.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in the quality control department of a flexible packaging company.
- Knowledge of flexible packaging materials and testing methods.
- Familiarity with QC instruments and documentation.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
