Client Management

- Manage day-to-day relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities to increase business and introduce additional TASC services.
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across existing accounts.

Client Mining & Business Development

- Identify and map new stakeholders within existing client organisations.
- Research and map new companies and potential clients across target sectors.
- Generate new leads through networking, research, referrals, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and support proposals and commercial discussions.
- Convert opportunities into new business and achieve assigned sales targets.

Marketing & Campaigns

- Support and execute targeted client outreach and marketing campaigns.
- Work with the marketing team to develop account-specific campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Track campaign responses and follow up with prospective clients.





Operations & Account Support

- Support onboarding, documentation, invoicing, employee queries, and other operational requirements where needed.
- Coordinate with internal HR, recruitment, finance, and operations teams to resolve client requirements.
- Maintain accurate client and sales information in Salesforce/CRM.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in account management and sales in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, insurance, consulting or a related B2B environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with both sales and operational responsibilities.
- Robust research, networking, and lead-generation skills.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and map organisations effectively.
- Commercially driven with a proactive approach to business development.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
