Position Details

Company: Sayarmal Infra Metals Pvt. Ltd.

Position: Sales Coordinator – TMT Bar Rings

Office Location: Jaipur – Nirman Nagar / VKI

Territory: Rajasthan & Haryana

Experience: TMT/Steel/Metal Sales, Dealer/Distributor Sales or B2B Sales preferred

Salary: 20,000 – 25,000/month

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Travel: Outstation travel across Rajasthan & Haryana as required

Key Responsibilities

• Generate dealer leads through telephonic calls, references & field visits

• Make 45+ sales calls/day and generate 10+ qualified enquiries/day

• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders

• Onboard 8–10 current dealers/month

• Build and maintain strong dealer relationships

• Generate repeat business from existing dealers

• Conduct dealer credibility & payment verification visits

• Maintain daily MIS/CRM, Excel & dealer records

• Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate sales reporting

• Coordinate with Accounts, Logistics & Production for order execution

We Are Looking For

Strong selling & convincing skills

Excellent communication and negotiation ability

Confident telephone communication

Strong follow-up and target-oriented approach

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

CRM/MIS reporting skills

Comfortable with field visits and outstation travel

Experience in TMT/Steel/Metal or Dealer Sales preferred

Knowledge of Rajasthan & Haryana dealer markets will be an advantage
