Job Description:

Position: Engineer /Sr. Engineer - Quality

Location: Zaroli Nearby Bhilad

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Automobile

Responsibilities:

- Monitor quality of incoming, in-process, and finished products.
- Conduct inspections as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection reports, and records.
- Identify quality issues, root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality problems.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and process deviations to improve product quality.
- Support implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards.




- Conduct final inspection and ensure products meet customer requirements.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA
- Proficient in quality tools (8D, 5 Why, SPC, MSA)
- Experience in surface finish/plating inspection
- Skilled in using measuring instruments & GD&T;
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good in customer handling, documentation, and audits
- Familiar with 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement

Required Qualification:- Any Engineering

Salary :- Upto 4.00 LPA
