We have an urgent opening for Tender Executive for your organization Indian Chain PvtLtd for Kolkata. Required an Experience candidate in government and industrial tenders. The candidate should have hands-on experience in tender evaluation, bid preparation, online bidding and submission, with strong knowledge of GeM, IREPS, and other government tender portals. Experience in the engineering or manufacturing sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete tendering process, including opportunity identification, tender evaluation, bid preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Handle Government, PSU and institutional tenders through GeM, IERPS and various state e-procurement portals.
- Govt. E Portal, All major Steel sectors, RINL, IOCL, Indian Railways, ONGC, NTPC etc.
- Cost Estimation, Tender Estimation, Tender Preparation, E procurement, Bid preparation & ERP Portals.
- Review tender eligibility, technical specifications, commercial terms, deadlines, corrigenda and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial bid documentation. .
- Prepare tender-related proposals, declarations, undertakings,



covering letters and other correspondence. .
- Maintain tender trackers, MIS, databases and submission records.
- Monitor tender deadlines, pre-bid meetings, clarifications, corrigenda and post-bid requirements.
- Assist management with Bid/No-Bid evaluation and commercial assessment. .

Skills And Qualifications

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Tender Management, Bid Management, Government Procurement or E-Procurement.
- Strong hands-on experience with GeM, IREPS and State E-Procurement Portals.
- Positive understanding of tender documentation, EMD, BG, Performance Security and compliance requirements.
- Excellent drafting and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, including tender MIS and tracking.
- Strong coordination, follow-up .
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge of export documentation will be an advantage.
- Experience handling engineering/manufacturing-related tenders will be preferred.
