About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, security, and production reliability.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Terraform, Linux, and production infrastructure, along with the ability to independently troubleshoot incidents and drive automation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize production infrastructure primarily on AWS.
- Design and maintain scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized cloud infrastructure.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Automate build, testing, deployment, rollback, and release processes.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
- Automate infrastructure and operational activities using Bash/Python.
- Manage monitoring, logging,



dashboards, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and CloudWatch.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Implement cloud, container, Kubernetes, and CI/CD security best practices.
- Work closely with AI/ML, Software Engineering, QA, and Product teams to improve deployment and infrastructure workflows.

Required Skills
- 4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Production Operations.
- BTech / BE in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including:
- EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, ECR
- VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch
- SES, SQS, SNS, CDK
- Strong proficiency in:
- Jenkins
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Terraform
- Linux
- Git
- Valuable understanding of cloud architecture, networking, monitoring, security, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Experience with DevSecOps, IAM, secrets management, container security, and vulnerability scanning.
- Strong production troubleshooting and RCA skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, ownership-driven mindset.
