Role Description The Inside Sales Representative will work in a full time, hybrid capacity based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home.

Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inbound inquiries, reaching out to prospective learners, and conducting structured sales calls to understand their needs and recommend suitable courses.

The role involves managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and coordinating with the academic and marketing teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

The Inside Sales Representative will also focus on building long-term relationships with learners, addressing questions, supporting decision-making, and contributing to enrollment and revenue targets.

• Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation for driving course enrollments and managing a consistent sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive learner experience.
