Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing with 5+ years of experience in managing and optimizing Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering performance-driven digital marketing campaigns for enterprise or high-profile clients, while leading campaign execution, mentoring team members, and contributing to strategic client growth.

Experience in App Campaigns, Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs), and client-facing account management is highly desirable. This role requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of integrated performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Display, and Search platforms.
• Develop channel strategies aligned with client business objectives and ensure campaigns achieve agreed KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion goals.
• Own campaign budgets, pacing, forecasting,



and performance optimization while ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B testing strategies for audiences, creatives, bidding models, and landing pages.
• Drive automation initiatives by identifying technology solutions that streamline campaign management, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Build automated dashboards and performance reports using analytics and reporting tools.
• Act as a key client contact by responding to emails, presenting campaign performance, participating in business reviews, and leading client discussions.
• Conduct account audits and develop optimization roadmaps to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
