This team-oriented team made up of Engineering, UX, Product Management, Business and Analytics is rapidly iterating on new products and site features at scale. We deliver high performing solutions on our next generation front-end platform. Virtual Try-On, Gen AI integration, personalized complete-the-look, Video shopping, etc are just a few examples of the features developed by this team in collaboration with many other teams. What You'll Do





We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer who can provide deep technical leadership for large-scale platform and e-commerce systems, solve complex cross-team engineering problems, and establish standards that improve delivery, reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability.

Define and evolve the technical architecture for platform services, APIs, frameworks, and shared capabilities used by multiple engineering teams.

Lead design of scalable, secure, resilient, and observable systems that support high-volume e-commerce use cases.

Provide technical leadership across teams by reviewing designs, identifying architectural risks, and guiding engineers toward pragmatic solutions.

Act as a hands-on technical expert for critical initiatives, including proof-of-concepts, reference implementations, code reviews, and complex problem resolution.

Establish engineering standards for code quality, API design, testing, automation, release engineering, reliability, and operational readiness.
