Role Description The Service Engineer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Chennai, with a combination of on-site visits to healthcare facilities and some work-from-home flexibility for documentation and remote support. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing medical equipment, as well as conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities. The person in this role will diagnose technical issues, perform troubleshooting,



and provide timely field service and technical support to customers. They will document service activities, maintain accurate records, communicate clearly with clinical staff, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and in line with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to identify, analyze, and resolve equipment issues effectively.
• Candidates should possess field service experience, including on-site customer support and interaction within hospital or clinical environments.
