As a M&A; Enterprise Apps Manager you will translate private equity and merger and acquisition objectives into application separation, integration, and modernization strategies while leading workstreams across diligence, carve-outs, integrations, Day 1 readiness, and TSA exit programs within our Deals practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and build meaningful client connections while navigating ambiguity and maintaining professional and technical standards. you will lead workshops and decision forums, assess target-state application landscapes across core business domains, coordinate interdependencies across global teams, and present explicit recommendations that support delivery outcomes and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Translating private equity and merger and acquisition objectives into application separation, integration, and modernization approaches
• Leading application workstreams across due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, Day 1 readiness, and TSA exit programs
• Facilitating workshops, decision forums, and steering committee discussions with client executives and deal stakeholders
• Assessing target-state application strategies, business process dependencies, and application landscapes across order to cash, procure to pay, record to report, hire to retire, CRM, manufacturing, and supply chain domains
