Role Description The Hospital Jr Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based at Apoorva Diagnostic & Healthcare in Bengaluru. The role involves greeting patients and visitors, managing front-desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming, orderly reception area. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, responding to basic inquiries, scheduling or confirming appointments, and directing patients to the appropriate departments. The Jr Receptionist will handle clerical duties such as maintaining records, updating patient information, managing files, and coordinating with medical and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including handling front-desk operations, basic documentation, and record management.
• Candidates should possess solid Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to manage calls, provide clear information, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to support patients and visitors with care, patience, and professionalism.
• Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, appointment or hospital management systems) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy hospital environment.
• Fluency in English and local languages
