Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Vadodara, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth for SEOM’s project and engineering services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research,



preparing and delivering client presentations, coordinating proposals and bid submissions, negotiating terms, and following up on leads to convert them into long-term partnerships. The role also involves collaborating with technical and project teams to align service offerings with client needs, tracking sales metrics, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership.
Qualifications

• Solid skills in business development, sales, and account management focused on engineering or project services.
• Capability in market research, lead generation, and opportunity analysis to identify and prioritize target segments.
• Proficiency in communication, presentation, and relationship-building to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in proposal preparation, bidding, and basic contract negotiation for service-based projects.
• Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data
