About the Role
Vision and Services Private Limited is seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Accountant
to manage our comprehensive accounting operations, corporate taxation, and statutory compliances. This position
is crafted for an experienced professional seeking long-term career stability and meaningful professional growth
within a private limited framework. The role is predominantly in-office (offline) at Kolkata, with flexible online
support as workflow demands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Core Accounting & Bookkeeping (TallyPrime):
● Day-to-Day Accounting: Accurately record, verify, and supervise all daily ledger entries, purchase/sales vouchers,
payments, receipts, and journal entries in Tally.
● Supervision & Reconciliations: Review and maintain complete oversight over general ledger accounts,

reconciliations, vendor payables, and client receivables.
● Finalization of Accounts: Handle periodic month-end and annual financial closings, preparing balance sheets and
profit & loss schedules.
2. Direct & Indirect Taxation:
● Goods & Services Tax (GST): Prepare, reconcile, and file monthly and quarterly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and annual
returns (GSTR-9/9C). Ensure accurate monthly ITC reconciliation against GSTR-2B.
● TDS / TCS Compliance: Calculate monthly TDS/TCS deductions, ensure timely challan deposits, and file quarterly TDS
returns (Form 24Q, 26Q) and generate Form 16/16A.
● Advance Tax & Corporate Tax: Calculate quarterly advance tax liabilities accurately, project annual income tax
provisions, and assist with corporate tax returns.
3. Corporate Governance & ROC Compliance:
● ROC Filings: Maintain compliance calendars and coordinate filings of ROC forms (such as AOC-4, MG
