Job Description Summary

The role is responsible for providing technical and clinical leadership throughout the MRI sales process by demonstrating product capabilities, clinical applications, and customer benefits, while supporting product promotions, conferences, trade shows, and customer training. The incumbent will use strong market and product knowledge to support sales, marketing, and customer-service strategies, as well as lead, mentor, and develop a team of MRI Clinical Application Specialists through structured learning programs, hands-on training, webinars, and global development opportunities.

The position requires active professional clinical or technical certification, along with either a minimum of seven years of post-certification clinical or technical experience or at least three years of commercial applications or modality experience involving senior-level customer interactions and sales scenarios.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.
• Support trade shows and qualified conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training
• Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of MRI Clinical Application Specialists (CAS), ensuring skill enhancement and career growth. Identify training needs and create structured learning programs, including hands-on training, webinars, and global learning opport
