Role Description The MNC HR Executive (Campus Hiring – AI/ML) will manage full-cycle campus recruitment activities for AI/ML and related technology roles at the Noida office. This full-time, in office position involves coordinating with colleges and universities, organizing campus drives, pre-placement talks, and assessment processes, and maintaining strong relationships with academic partners. The role includes screening and shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews,



supporting offer management, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The HR Executive will collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs, maintain accurate recruitment and HR operations records, and support HR policies and employee engagement initiatives related to early-career talent.
Qualifications

• Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) knowledge, including core HR practices and compliance.
• Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, with the ability to implement and support standardized processes.
• Skills in Employee Relations, particularly for campus hires and early-career professionals.
• Background in campus hiring or talent acquisition for technology roles (AI/ML or IT) preferred.
