We are looking for an ambitious, organized, and proactive Real Estate Assistant (Inside Sales & Marketing).

You will drive front-end revenue activities—proactively picking up the phone to nurture relationships and qualify prospects—while managing our daily digital presence across social platforms to turn online engagement into tangible business.

Key Responsibilities
? 1. Outbound Outreach & Lead Qualification
Execute targeted daily outbound calls to inbound inquiries, warm prospects, sphere of influence (SOI), and cold real estate leads.

Confidently ask discovery questions to identify motivation, timeline,



purchasing/selling power, and real estate goals.

Maintain skilled poise while navigating common phone objections using established frameworks and scripts.

Accurately log call records, notes, and lead statuses in the CRM.

? 2. Pipeline Nurturing & Follow-Up Sequences
Execute structured multi-channel follow-up cadences (calls, SMS, personalized email) to prevent leads from falling through the cracks.

Re-engage cold or inactive contacts to revive dormant opportunities.

Build trust and rapport with long-term prospects to keep our brand top-of-mind until they are transaction-ready.

? 3. Appointment Setting & Calendar Management
Convert qualified conversations directly into scheduled listing presentations, buyer consultations, and discovery calls on the agent’s calendar.

Send pre-meeting confirmation texts/emails, prepare client briefing notes, and verify lead details prior to scheduled appointme
