Edelytics is a digital marketing agency working primarily with schools, colleges and universities, alongside clients in other sectors. We are hiring a Social and Video Content Manager to take ownership of content across multiple client accounts—from the first brief through planning, production, publication and performance review.

This is a client-facing role. You should be comfortable joining a meeting, understanding the business objective, recommending a communication direction, and turning that decision into work the team can execute.

What you will own

* Build social media and video content plans aligned with each client’s audience, brand positioning and marketing goals.
* Plan calendars well in advance, accounting for shoots, production capacity, client approvals, revisions and publishing deadlines.
* Develop campaign ideas, content themes, hooks, captions, video concepts, scripts, interview questions and shoot briefs.
* Brief designers, videographers and editors clearly.



Review their work and decide what is ready, what needs a accurate edit and what needs to be redone.
* Lead content discussions with clients, present recommendations, obtain inputs and approvals, and communicate changes or delays before they affect delivery.
* Manage publishing and day-to-day account health across relevant social platforms, including access, permissions and first-line troubleshooting.
* Define what each asset is meant to achieve. Review reach, engagement quality, audience response, traffic and enquiries as appropriate, then use the findings to improve the next round of content.
* Work closely with our performance marketing team so organic content, brand films and paid creative support the same communication strategy.

What we are looking for

* Meaningful experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency, with direct responsibility for planning, creative output and client commun
