We're looking for an Account Executive with deep Global System Integrator (GSI) experience to build our partner-led, sell-through motion from the ground up - identifying the right GSIs to partner with and driving revenue through and alongside them. This is a greenfield, 0-to-1 role: you'll establish these alliance relationships from scratch, embed BytePlus's AI solutions into partners' offerings and client engagements,



and turn new partnerships into a repeatable revenue channel that takes our technology to market at scale.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritise the right GSI partners: map the landscape, evaluate fit, and target the integrators with the strongest potential to take BytePlus to market.
- Build alliance relationships from scratch: establish and grow senior, trust-based relationships across each partner (practice/delivery leads, alliance managers, C-level sponsors) where none exist today - making BytePlus a technology of choice within their AI/digital practices.
- Drive co-sell and joint pipeline: land opportunities where the GSI takes BytePlus to their end clients, and get designed into their reference architectures, proposals, and RFPs.
- Own the number: carry and forecast a revenue target delivered through the GSI channel, partnering with Solution Architects on the technical win.
