Don Vanzara Showbiz LLP (DVS) is building a new content team for an upcoming infotainment venture and is looking for a hands-on YouTube & Digital Content Executive.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the publishing, optimisation and performance of our content across YouTube and digital platforms. This is not a CMS/DAM administration or social media posting role. We need someone who understands how content gets discovered, packaged, published, measured and grown, and who can use audience data to continuously improve performance.

The role involves:
• Managing the publishing of videos, Shorts and other content across YouTube and digital platforms
• Maintaining content calendars and ensuring timely and accurate publishing
• Creating and optimising titles, descriptions, keywords, tags, hashtags and other metadata
• Managing playlists, categories and the overall organisation of the YouTube channel
• Tracking YouTube Studio and platform analytics including views, watch time, retention, CTR,



traffic sources and subscriber growth
• Analysing content performance and identifying what is working and what needs to improve
• Supporting experiments around titles, thumbnails, formats, publishing schedules and content packaging
• Monitoring competing channels, content trends and audience behaviour
• Managing content publishing and metadata across the digital platform
• Preparing regular performance reports and actionable insights for the content team
• Working closely with creative, production and marketing teams to ensure content is publication-ready
• Helping build and execute strategies for channel growth, discoverability and audience engagement

We are looking for someone with:
• 1–3 years of experience in YouTube, digital content, channel management, digital publishing or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio and a valuable understanding of how YouTube channels grow
• Good understanding of Y
