Role Description The Business Manager – Home Loans will be responsible for driving home loan business growth in the Jalandhar branch through lead generation, customer acquisition, and portfolio management. This full-time, in office role includes overseeing the end-to-end home loan process,



from initial customer inquiry and eligibility assessment to documentation, approval coordination, and post-disbursement follow-up. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and compliant lending experience. The Business Manager will monitor sales performance, track market trends, and implement strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets while maintaining credit quality. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating with credit, operations, and risk teams, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policies, resolving customer issues promptly, and contributing to branch-level business planning and reporting.
