About The Role

We are hiring for our client, a fast-growing e-commerce business, for an FP&A; / Business Finance professional to drive financial planning, performance analysis, forecasting, and business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Own monthly P&L; and Balance Sheet for the assigned business/unit.
• Partner with Accounting for monthly closure and ensure financial accuracy.
• Drive Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
• Analyse revenue, costs, margins, and profitability trends.
• Build and maintain MIS, dashboards, financial models, and rolling forecasts.
• Support annual budgeting and periodic re-forecasting.
• Work closely with Business and Operations teams to understand financial and operational drivers.
• Present key insights,



risks, and recommendations to the CFO and leadership team.

Must-Have

• CA / equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, or Financial Reporting.
• Robust understanding of P&L; and Balance Sheet.
• Advanced Excel, MIS, dashboarding, and financial modelling skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Preferred

• Experience in E-commerce, D2C, Retail, or Consumer businesses.
