Role Description The Telesales Executive role is an on-site for Noida-based candidates; WFH for candidates outside Noida. The individual in this role will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote Sone India’s products and services,



explain features and advantages, and convert inquiries into sales. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions, and following up on prospects to drive revenue growth. The Telesales Executive will handle customer queries, provide basic product information and support, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process. The role also involves meeting daily and monthly sales targets, adhering to call quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of telesales scripts and p
