About the Role

PracticeSuite is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our Human Resources operations during US business hours. This role will be responsible for assisting with employee lifecycle activities, onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, compliance documentation, employee records management, advantages administration support, and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Prepare employment-related documents including offer letters, employment verification letters, promotion letters, and HR communications.




• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with HR reporting and analytics.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure completion of required documentation.
• Track background verification and pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate exit processes, documentation, and asset recovery.
• Conduct exit interviews and compile employee feedback.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, attendance, and HR procedures.
• Assist employees with HR system-related questions.
• Support employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate employee recognition activities and internal communications.
