About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Operations Associate to manage day-to-day HR activities and support smooth business operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for candidate sourcing and recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, background verification (BGV),



employee onboarding, access setup, documentation, and day-to-day operational coordination. The role requires robust communication, follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
• Understand hiring requirements from respective department/team leads.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain candidate status and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate offer discussions, offer letters, joining formalities, and joining dates.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
