We’re looking for a US Healthcare Recruiter to build and maintain a robust pipeline of:
?⚕️ RNs — Registered Nurses
?⚕️ LPNs — Licensed Practical Nurses
? CNAs — Certified Nursing Assistants
What you’ll own:
? Source & engage healthcare professionals
? Screen and interview candidates
? Match candidates to assignments
? Manage candidates from first contact → submission → placement
? Verify licenses, certifications, training, references amp; required documentation
? Track credentialing/compliance and keep candidates submission-ready
? Maintain an organized recruiting pipeline across North Dakota, South Dakota & Montana.
We’re looking for someone with:
✅ Healthcare recruiting/staffing experience
✅ Familiarity with CNA, LPN & RN roles
✅ Excellent communication & follow-through
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Experience with ATS, spreadsheets & remote recruiting systems
✅ Ability to independently manage multiple candidates and deadlines
