We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead and streamline our day-to-day academic operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO, Head of Operations, instructors,



and college stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of student batches while continuously improving operational efficiency and learning outcomes.
This role requires someone who can independently own operations, make data-driven decisions, and proactively solve challenges in a fast-paced EdTech setting.

Roles & Responsibilities-
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all active student batches and ensure smooth execution across colleges.
• Coordinate with instructors regarding batch schedules, faculty allocation, attendance, content delivery, and operational requirements.
• Work closely with the CEO and Head of Operations to execute strategic initiatives and improve operational processes.
• Create, analyze, and present performance reports for batches, instructors, and operational metrics.
• Monitor batch performance, analyze student feedback, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements to enhance batch quality and student satisfaction.
