Key Responsibilities• Bench Sales & Recruitment: Drive end-to-end bench sales activities, including identifying client requirements, qualifying opportunities, marketing bench consultants, and securing interviews and placements.
• Client Relations: Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, vendors, implementation partners, and hiring managers to generate new business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
• H1B Transfers: Manage and coordinate H1B transfer opportunities, including identifying suitable requirements, marketing H1B consultants, coordinating with clients/vendors, and facilitating the recruitment process through offer and onboarding stages.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, technical coordination, interviewing, rate negotiation, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Account Management: Manage existing client accounts, understand staffing needs, follow up on open requirements,



and identify opportunities to expand business relationships.
• Candidate Marketing: Effectively market consultants with various work authorizations, including H1B, GC, EAD, and other eligible statuses, based on client requirements.
• Relationship Management: Maintain consistent communication with consultants, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and successful placements.
• Requirement Management: Analyze IT job requirements, understand technical skill sets, and match qualified consultants to suitable positions.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on IT staffing trends, technologies, compensation/rate structures, hiring patterns, and market demands.
• Negotiation: Negotiate pay rates, bill rates, contracts, and terms with clients, vendors, and consultants while maintaining company profitability.
• Performance & Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets related to subm
