Role Description The Visual Merchandising Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising visual merchandising standards across the store or stores.



This role involves designing and executing window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentations that reflect the brand’s identity and enhance customer engagement. The Visual Merchandising Manager will work closely with store management and sales teams to ensure that visual concepts support commercial objectives, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities. Daily responsibilities include monitoring store appearance, updating display guidelines, coordinating with marketing and operations, training team members on visual standards, and analyzing the impact of visual strategies on customer experience and sales performance. The role requires hands-on presence on the shop floor to ensure consistency, compliance with brand guidelines, and timely implementation of merchandising plans.
