Job Description:

Location: Bangalore
Years: 2yrs to 4yrs
We are looking for a SAP MM – Procure-to-Pay (P2P) professional with French language proficiency and strong experience in Procurement, Material Logistics, Invoice Processing, and Supply Chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process: PR → PO → Goods Receipt (GR) → Invoice
• Manage procurement and material logistics activities using SAP MM
• Handle blocked invoices, invoice discrepancies, and GR/IR reconciliation
• Investigate procurement exceptions and perform root-cause analysis
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, warehouse, finance, and internal stakeholders
• Track delivery, purchasing, material, and invoice-related issues through closure
• Maintain accurate documentation and data in SAP
• Handle requests/tickets using ServiceNow / Freshdesk or similar ticketing tools




• Prepare reports and track operational data using Advanced MS Excel
• Communicate effectively through emails and stakeholder calls
• Support French-speaking stakeholders/business teams
• Ensure timely responses and take a solution-oriented approach to issues
