Role: HR Intern
Company: The Founders Finance (TFF)
Reports to: People & Culture Lead
Duration: 3, can be extended to 6 months | Location: Bengaluru
The gist: You'll build TFF's future.
A day in your life could look like:
• Assisting with hiring activities
• Supporting onboarding and induction for recent joiners
• Maintaining reports and dashboards
• Learning/Performance management/Reward system projects
What we're looking for:
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree (MBA/BBA/BA in HR or similar preferred, but curiosity matters more than your major)
• Good written and spoken communication
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic tools
• Organised, reliable and discreet with confidential information
