About the role

We’re a growing travel startup looking for someone who enjoys sales and working with people. You’ll speak with prospective travellers, understand what they’re looking for, recommend suitable travel options, and help turn enquiries into bookings.
You don’t need a travel-industry background to apply. We’ll help you learn the travel side of the role. What matters most is that you’re motivated by sales, comfortable working with numbers, and energetic and dependable in your communication with customers.

What you’ll do
• - Speak with prospective customers over calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• - Understand their travel plans, dates, preferences, and budget.
• - Recommend suitable travel options and explain pricing clearly.
• - Follow up consistently on enquiries and quotations.
• - Work towards sales and booking targets.
• - Keep customer and follow-up details accurate in our systems or spreadsheets.
• - Coordinate with the team to help confirmed bookings move smoothly.

What we’re looking for




• - Genuine interest in sales and the motivation to follow up, handle objections, and close a sale.
• - Comfort with numbers, including understanding budgets, comparing prices, and explaining costs clearly.
• - Clear, confident communication and a warm, professional approach with customers.
• - Energy, initiative, resilience, and willingness to learn in a growing startup.
• - Basic comfort with spreadsheets, email, and digital tools.
• - Fresher to 2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing work, or a related role.
• Travel, hospitality, or holiday-package experience is welcome, but not required. We’re open to candidates from other sales backgrounds who can show solid sales ability and a real interest in learning the travel business.
