About the Role
Flabs is expanding its Sales Team and looking for Sales Executives to join our B2B software sales team.
You'll connect with diagnostic labs, understand their requirements, demonstrate our software, and convert prospects into customers.

What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain Flabs.
Schedule and conduct software demos.
Follow up with prospects and handle objections.
Convert qualified leads into customers.
Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM.

Who Can Apply?
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales or Telecalling.




Freshers are welcome with good communication and a strong interest in sales.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
Positive, confident and willing to learn.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
