Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE) Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) Experience: 1–3Years Location: Bengaluru (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Company Techkshetra Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an innovative IT company specializing in AI-powered SaaS products, ERP solutions, and customized software development. Our flagship products include Attendify.ai and CAdesk.ai, serving businesses across various industries. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.




• Coordinate with the technical and support teams for successful client onboarding.
• Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events. Required Skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Good understanding of B2B sales and software/SaaS products.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn. Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any degree related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, ERP Sales, or Software Solution Sales. Preferred Skills
• Experience in selling ERP, HRMS, AI, SaaS, or IT solutions.
• Knowledge of lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online portals.
