Role Overview
The Senior Creative Head – Strategy & Servicing will be the bridge between clients, strategy, and creative execution. This role owns the journey from client brief to compelling idea to winning presentation, ensuring that every solution is insight-led, creatively bold, and commercially sound.




This is a leadership role for someone who thinks in ideas, speaks in clarity, and presents with conviction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Understanding & Strategic Thinking
• Deeply understand client briefs, business objectives, budgets, and constraints
• Translate client needs into transparent strategic directions and creative opportunities
• Ask the right questions to sharpen briefs and challenge assumptions constructively
• Structure unstructured briefs into clear problem statements and solution frameworks
Ideation & Concept Development
• Lead the development of big ideas, campaign concepts, experiential formats, and narratives
• Ensure ideas are relevant, feasible, on-brand, and aligned with client objectives
• Collaborate closely with creative, design, content, and experience teams to refine ideas
• Maintain high creative standards across pitches and live projects
